Delivery is free for orders £35 or over (ex Vat).

A charge of £5.99 will be made on orders under £35 (ex Vat).

We deliver to all of Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight. Signature is required on delivery, so please ensure someone is available to sign for delivery.

DELIVERY TIME

Our delivery times are between 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Any order place on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered to you on Tuesday.

Delivery is Next Working Day, Except Furniture, Electrical, Business Machines or Special Orders that may take longer time. Please click on where it says More Details next to the item you are viewing to find are long it will take.

PRODUCT ON BACKORDER

Product on backorder mains we are waiting on supply to stock on that item or items. If an item you order is on backorder, we will email or phone you to let you know and confirm the due date.

SPECIALS ORDERING PROCESS

• Please phone, Fax or Email your request with as mush information as possible to enable us to accurately source the correct item for you,
• We will confirm the price and availability of the item to you by phone or email prior to purchasing the product.
• An official order is required the in writing, typically by fax or email stating a contact and order reference.
• Our Specials Department will then process the order, which will send an automated fax to you to confirm the details discussed. Please inform us immediately if any details are incorrect.
• When Global Stationery receives the products into stock we will have the order available for delivery within 1 working day.
• Once ordered or delivered special orders cannot be cancelled or returned
• Special orders under £10 nett cost may be subject to a £3.00 administration cost
