Delivery Information

Delivery is free for orders £35 or over (ex Vat).
A charge of £5.99 will be made on orders under £35 (ex Vat).
We deliver to all of Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight. Signature is required on delivery, so please ensure someone is available to sign for delivery.

Delivery Time

Our delivery times are between 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Any order place on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered to you on Tuesday.

Delivery is Next Working Day, Except Furniture, Electrical, Business Machines or Special Orders that may take longer time. Please click on where it says More Details next to the item you are viewing to find are long it will take.

Products On Backorder
Product on backorder mains we are waiting on supply to stock on that item or items. If an item you order is on backorder, we will email or phone you to let you know and confirm the due date.

I Have Received Faulty Goods
If you have received faulty goods please let us know as soon as possible the fault is found.

Missing Goods From My Order
If you have goods missing from your order please check again to make sure is not in anther parcel and also check your mail for goods on back order confirmation or dispatch note.

Business Machine Return
Business machines cannot be resold if the original box has been opened. Therefore you cannot return a business machine if you have opened the box, unless it is damaged or faulty.

Delivery Upstairs
Please be aware that the courier is contracted to deliver to the address stated on the order. Please include your relevant Floor number on the order.

Furniture Delivery
The courier is only insured to deliver Furniture goods to the Ground Floor Only. You will need to arrange for transportation of the goods yourself to any other floor.

Safes
Please be aware that the delivery of a safe is always dependent upon the access to the building. Delivery is free to the ground floor if there are no access problems (e.g. steps, door size e.tc). There may be an additional charge for any other delivery conditions. You will be required to answer some basic access questions when you purchase a safe.
