Returns Policy

TO RECEIVE 100% CREDIT:

  1. Items for return must be notified to Global Stationery customer services within 3 days of receipt of goods.
  2. Goods must be in original packaging, and in a resalable condition. 
  3.  Packaging must not be written on or taped up with own tape.
  4. Goods must be available for immediate collection.


CREDIT WILL BE 75% IF:

  1. Global Stationery customer services are NOT notified within 3 days.
  2. Goods are not available to collect within 10 days.


NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED IF:

  1. Goods are given to courier/driver/sales rep with no prior application to Global customer services.
  2. Goods are not in original packaging ready for re-sale.
  3. Boxes have been written on or taped with own tape. 
  4. Goods were specially ordered and were specified not returnable i.e. black coded items in the Global Stationery catalogue. 
  5. Any food items ordered ( It is illegal to allow these back into the food chain )
